The Flint Water Crisis

THE need

This charitable organization successfully developed a disaster relief program to aid the residents of Flint, Michigan. To initiate the program, the client developed a relationship with an international supplier for  procurement purposes. However, the  client needed strategic tools and methods to support its disaster relief activities.
